3 (almost 4)

Hi, my name is Emily.

I have exercised like crazy for 30 minutes a day for the last three days. I will be exercising again this afternoon AND officially joining a gym tomorrow morning.

This is like AA to me...something I have needed to do for a long time and am finally getting the courage to do.

No need for kudos, I just needed it to be said...for ME. If anyone else wants to join me: T/R 12:45 and F 9:30 is my official work-out schedule.

I exercised 5 out of 7 days last week. The more I did, the easier it was for me. And, I even added more resistance on the machine! Yippie for me...I am already feeling better about myself! :D

Good for you! It does get easier, and it also gets addicting. Pretty soon, you'll feel guilty if you skip a day, then you'll start to do crazy things to make sure you get to the gym that day. I sometimes go at 5:30 am, since I know that will be the only chance I get! Now that's crazy!
